Using standard Synergy out-of-the-box, it is easy to create a project. However one of our Accounts needed specific information in the free fields that were being used. The information for these free fields needed to come from specific drop down values.
Our solution in this instance was to build a workflow request that a Resource could fill out. Once submitted (and if necessary approved), would utilize the Event Manager to build the project in Synergy automatically.
Alternatively the free fields on a Project Card could be updated from a workflow request in which the project was selected.
