One of our accounts presented us with an issue that needed resolution.  They wanted to have all employees that did not interact with Synergy to create information that would be stored in the database.

Our solution to this account was to create a Visual Basic program that inserted  data into a custom table in the SQL database.  Using the Event Manager, we extracted this information directly into a workflow request, which made it visible for the Synergy users to have this data available for reporting purposes.

This satisfied their data entry requirements and information was stored automatically in the tables for reporting functions.  Licenses from Exact Software were minimized while entering the data.
