One of our Accounts had a unique issue that required a custom solution for limiting the amount of information on a workflow request status section.
In a standard workflow request that utilizes Roles rather than individual resources, each of the Resources that are associated with the role is listed individually by name.
This particular account had over 200 resources linked to a particular role.
Every one of the 200 resources was listed individually in the workflow request status section when this request was being used.
This meant that a resource would need to scroll down the workflow request on their computer screen before they could even begin filling out the information.
By eliminating the Resource’s names in the status section, it allowed users to immediately begin filling out the fields in the workflow request.
This was a very small modification, but to the client it solved a large issue with Synergy.
