This tool is beneficial when searching Accounts in Synergy, and you have a need to make a column sortable in an ascending or descending format.
A resource is able to sort columns on:
- Advanced Account search results page
- “My Accounts” search
The sorting action is saved by each resource in the Synergy resource setting.
