While saving documents in Synergy, you may find the need to provide additional information other than the standard fields, such as items, accounts and others.
Utilizing this application called “Document Plus Free Fields”, 30 fields have been added for insertion into documents. Use them as you would use any standard Synergy free fields.
The field types and quantities added include:
- 5 Free Text
- 5 Free Date
- 5 Free Yes /No
- 5 Free Amount
- 5 Free Number
- 5 Free GUIDs
- Labeling fields same as standard Synergy
- Displaying field options are similar
- Fields may be made mandatory
- Use of these fields in standard Synergy “Searches” and “Pivot Analysis” views
