When saving documents in Synergy which are linked to a specific item, users often run into the issue of being able to link only one document to a single item.
With this tool, you may link a single document to multiple items. This will allow Resources to save documents such as marketing brochures or support documents which can be linked to various items. These documents will appear in the Monitor section of the Item Card.
There is no limit to the number of items that a single document may be linked with. When modifying and resaving the document, all items will be able to access the new document without any further actions.
Document versioning and other standard Synergy document functionality will not interfere with this tool.
