In Synergy, you may find that employees need to update information in one or more fields in a workflow request requests once they have sent it to the next status and the field cannot be edited.
This is a tool that a System Administrator can use for making changes to workflow requests. Not just a single request, but if the same value needs to be changed in multiple workflows, we can handle the modification in multiple requests.
In standard Synergy, 25 requests can be changed by a user, provided access is provided to them. A person with the role of System Administrator can modify 1,000 in a single change with this tool.
If multiple fields need to be changed in the requests, the modify process can be run a second (or more) time for each required change.
