With this tool, Workflow Plus URL Hyperlinks”, you are able to build hyperlinks into workflow request fields. Your Resources are able to click on a hyperlink while they are in a workflow request to allow them to go to another Synergy page or out to the Internet.
Here are three ideas for you to review within a Workflow Request:
1. Build an uneditable hyperlink (Internal or External) for Resources to click for more information.
2. Allow a Resource to enter a URL. When the next field is clicked or when the request is saved / moved to a new status, an icon on the field will allow you to go to the entered URL.
3. Enter information within a field and allow this data to be used in passing data to the selected URL. This URL could go to another Synergy page with parameters that are included within the hyperlink.
