This manual provides information about the field and process of creating and maintaining sales opportunities in Synergy.
A lot of thought should go into the preparation of a sales process flow. Using Synergy, you may have a maximum number of 10 statuses that are standard in the software.
If you use too many for your process, you may find reluctance in its use by the sales team, while too few of the statuses may not provide you the information that you need as management in determining a sales funnel.
