We recommend the storing of all documents into Synergy Enterprise to clients. One good example that we discuss with clients is that of sales documents, such as brochures. Within Synergy, we can use Document Versioning to keep track of the most current version.
With these documents in Synergy, you can use some of the Synergy Office Integration (SOI) functionality to allow a Synergy document or multiple documents to be attached to an outgoing e-mail. Use the Attachment button to bring up a search function of Synergy saved documents.
