Many time, I need to do mailings (especially e-mail campaigns) that I wish to extract Contact information into Microsoft Excel.
In the “Customers / Reports / General / Contacts ” path, there is a report that will allow you to extract this data. There are two views possible on this screen:
> List – Listing of all the Contacts that meet criteria
> Summary – Quantity of Type of Accounts and Statuses, which hyperlinks to data
Under the “List”view, the Customize button will appear, allowing you to select the fields that will be displayed in either the List or the hyperlinks under the Summary view.
