We strongly recommend that System Administrators set up each of their employees with the language “American English” instead of “English”. This is done on the Resource (Employee) card under the “Personal section”.
When creating new requests, you will often change the field’s Text value under the Label. When an employee has English on their HRM card, they may see a different text value, if the system administrator building these new requests doesn’t change the text in both the American English and English.
If your employees say that the labels are being displayed properly, check their HRM card setting as your first task.
