This functionality has been in Synergy forever.  However, I did not begin to explore it until recently one of my accounts wanted a way for their Customer Support Persons to see all items in a specific product assortment.

We could have used a customized advanced search for the customer, but we wanted to keep it simple and focused.  This is where I thought of the Catalog function would work well for our client.  You can create a very simple catalog in minutes, not hours, with no programming or web design skills required.

To build or examine a catalog that has been created, you may go to Marketing / Setup / Orders / Catalogs.  Here is a sample of a catalog showing our SynergyExpert Tools.  I used the document from Exact’s website (15.429.125) to lead me in building my first catalog.
