In some cases, you may have a series of fields in which a drop down box would be useful for Resources when creating a new Project in Synergy Enterprise.

Out-of-the-box Synergy does not provide this capability.  However it can be done by creating a workflow request and using the drop-down, selections and other fields.  Then the Exact Event manager can take this information held in the request and create the Project.

Using this manner of creating a project, approvals that may be required internally can be managed by a workflow request flow, before the project is actually created.
