This occurred to one of our accounts this week.  They know that they have added a large number of documents that are linked to a specific Account.  When the Resource goes to the Account Card / Document hyperlink – they select the option of “Summary: Type:  and no document appear.

In this example, there was a filter turned on, Display only Unread documents.  When you are searching and don’t get the results you are seeking, ensure that you click the Reset button to eliminate any unwanted filters.
