In Synergy, at this screen that is located under the menu of Documents / Setup / Maintenance / Process, you can obtain an overview of documents per division. You can do a search of documents that contain certain text values.  You may also filter by Document Type, Project, Creator or Created Date.

Any documents that fit the criteria and have attachments will also be displayed.  Multiple attachments may be displayed on this screen for a single document.

If you have the necessary function rights and roles, you can also select one or more documents at once and delete, archive, or change the status to Draft.

You can sort the results in the overview in ascending or descending order of the modified dates, document IDs, relevance or creator names.
