The History Tab can be a valuable tool when working with Synergy. It will allow you to search for and display listings of either Read or Created synergy topics.

These can include:
> Documents
> Persons
> Items
> Accounts
> Requests
> Projects

To enable the History Tab to be displayed on your screen, go to your “Preferences” hyperlink on your screen. This may either be on the bottom left or in the upper right side of the screen.

Click on the “Menu” tab and slide over the toolbar that says “History.” Now explore the use of this tool looking at selecting the option of either “Read” or “Created” topics to view.
