The Overdue section in the Workflow Requests allows the resource that designs a request, the ability to place a value in hours of how long a request stays in a Status before being labeled Overdue in a Resource’s workflow.

Open – The number in Hours that this Request Type remains in an Open Status

Approved – The number in Hours that this Request Type remains in an Approved Status

Realized – The number in Hours that this Request Type remains in an Realized Status

Total – The number in Hours that this Request Type remains from the Open Status until the Process Status

Note:  The request in the workflow exceeding the specified number of hours will be highlighted as overdue.
