Microsoft SQL Reporting Services Reports (SSRS) can be made visible on your Synergy Mobile Applications. To use this function, you first need to create an SSRS Report and have it stored into the Management section of the Reporting Services Integration (under System / Setup).
Once the reports are stored in Synergy, you need to go to the Preferences for a particular employee and select reports that are either in:
> Reports in the Account Card
> Reports on the Main Menu (not linked to a specific account)
Users for the mobile applications should have the role of Mobile on their HRM Card. Without this Role, the mobile function will not be displayed.
You must be using the new CRM application for this function. It may be downloaded from the Apple or Android tool websites. When installed, you should see the tool icon in white background and three persons. If you see a different icon, you probably have the wrong tool.
