The Sales Forecast Report (Customers / Reports / Opportunity Management / Sales Forecast) is used to display the status of each opportunity which is based upon a selected Sales Cycle and other criteria. It can be used to view the Sales Forecast (Funnel) by Managers of the Account.
To gain the best view of this data, we recommend that you select all stages when viewing the data. The results displayed include the count and dollar value of each opportunity at the various stages. The value can be displayed using Expected Amount, Planned Amount or Realized Amount.
