I found this document in Exact’s website this morning.  A Synergy Customer that I know has reported issues with Savings documents, and this may be the solution for their problem.  With Version 256 and higher, it is extremely important that “Compatiability View” is disabled for your website.  You may do this by:

Click on the Settings icon usually found in the right hand corner of your Internet Explorer window and click “Compatiability View Settings.”

Remove the Exact URL from your list and uncheck the “Display Intranet Sites in Compatiability View.”

This should solve the issue.
