One of our customer posted an inquiry to me. They are using the Event Manager. When a request is completed (reached it’s last status) through actions of the Event Manager, the request may be shown in the Absences Table at the last status, however the request is still being displayed in the employee’s workflow.
The fix to this is to also make sure that the request is deleted with the Event Manager in the RequestTasks table. Every employee’s workflow tasks are held in this temporary table as the request is moved from status to status.
Try this manually in your sandbox environment before going any further.
