The browse feature gives you the option to browse on any data by making use of standard system browsers or creating your own browser. For example you can modify your request free fields so that you can browse on and select purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, financial entries, warehouses, items from your back office database.
With the existing free fields in Synergy you can browse on Items, Projects, Tax codes, People, Assortment, Requests, Documents, Accounts, Contacts and Transactions. Any other data is not browsable via the request fields in standard Synergy Enterprise. With this browse feature, you don’t have this limitation anymore.
Ensure that all of the data entered into workflow requests is verified values, not just a value that someone may think about, search the database and place in a free form value.
The cost for this enhancement is $955. Maintenance of $175 per year.
Purchase the “Workflow Reference or Cascading Prompts” tool and get this functionality with no additional cost. We will include 30 minutes of training / installation assistance with this tool.
Installation by your staff should take approximately 10 minutes. A Manual is included will provide guidance with the self-install process and training of staff with this new functionality. Delivery of this tool will take approximately 7 business days.
This tool requires the addition of the Exact Role – “Enabling Add-On Solutions” for any Resource that is Viewing, Editing or a Participant in a Workflow Request that will be using this functionality. This Role is available at a small cost from Exact Software, and is licensed by individual users. This Role is required for many of our tools and custom applications described on this website.
